Nice sized costume
I bought the small for my sons 3 yr old birthday. He loves it! It's slightly on the roomy side. I bought the small which says it's for sizes 4-6. My son is just starting to outgrow size 3t. It's working great he wore it for hours at his birthday party.
a little small
My daughter is just into size 3T. This costume was almost a perfect fit with only thin clothing underneath. When we bundled up for trick-or-treating it was pretty snug. She has a long torso so it was very tight in the crotch. Also Scooby's collar was positioned a little too high to it cut into her chin and with her sweater on under, there was too much bulk to fasten the velcro so I ended up having to pin it. It was still really cute and also nice because it covered her head, hands and feet so it was a warm costume for trick-or-treating(we live in Wisconsin).
GREAT COSTUME !
This costume is amazing ! fit true to size and my son loved it ! The quality is outstanding..
Cute but disappointing for the price
My granddaughter put it on to go to a carival the night before halloween and the zipper started splitting on that first wear. We didn't have time to put a new zipper in on Halloween so we worked around it. I understand that zippers aren't always the most sturdy things, but for us to pay $50 for a costume and not have it stay together for one night is pretty sad. We also found the head was heavy and always falling in her eyes so we pinned it back. We were disappointed by it for the money we spent.
Great costume
My daughter is 4 and 1/2 years old and tall for her age and the small fits her perfectly. She puts it on and then watches Scooby Doo on TV so we are getting a lot of use out of it before Halloween and it is holding up quite well. After a few tries, she can now take it off and put it on all by herself. It is a warm costume -- great for a chilly night of trick or treating.

Elmo getting a new bed
This is a great book to purchase for your toddler that is making the transition from a crib to a bed. My daughter was climbing out of her crib at 22 months and wouldnt stay in her new bed. However, she loves Elmo and she loved this book! I think it even showed her that beds are cool- especially because Elmo has one. It is not too long or too short of a book.
ELMO
The price was kind of high for the product; but it is Elmo and my Grandson loves Elmo.
Great transition book
I started reading this book to our toddler a couple of weeks before she transitioned into her big-girl bed. We followed in Elmo's footsteps and let our 2-year-old pick out sheets for the new bed and bring her favorite bedtime blanket, etc. Simple little book, but it truly made the transition from crib to bed a breeze. Highly recommended!
Daughter loved it!
My daughter loved this book and it worked great for when we moved her to her big girl's bed. It is short and to the point but with a message that I know my 22 month old understood perfectly. It definatly made her transition from her crib to a very high captains bed a breeze!
Simply Stated!
Short but simply stated without introducing any fears kids might have associated with a "big kids bed." My 2 1/2 year old liked the book and slept in her new bed without any problems.

Fun time for little kids
This toy is fun for little kids who love sending and recieving mail. it has stamps that velcro onto the letters and they have to sort out the size and shape into the slots.
The Best Toy Ever Invented
I bought this toy for my 2-year old son (secretly) because I wanted to play with it. It did not disappoint. Both of us love stamping and sorting the mail each afternoon before we get the real mail. Plus, it looks adorable in our house because it so closely resembles a real mailbox. What else can I say? This is a fun, educational, well-built toy that will appeal to everyone ages 2-32!
Sturdy and fun
I bought this for my 2 year old son, although I knew my 4 year old daughter would also enjoy it. They both enjoy playing with it, although they play in different ways. My son uses it as a typical shape sorter, trying to figure out in which slot each letter fits. My daughter, however, plays "mailman." While the variety of play is somewhat limited, (which is why I gave it 4 stars) it is an excellent mailbox toy. Each "letter" is very sturdy and colorful and each has creative addressees, pictures, and text. The equally sturdy "stamps" can attach to any letter via Velcro and stay well. It has a learning aspect, because a letter will only fit in one of the slots, based on its size. The mailbox itself is very solid and sturdy and comes with an oversized "key" to open the door and remove the "mail." I think it is a very good quality product and fun for younger children.
Good, sturdy toy.
Our almost two year old really enjoys the mail--getting the mail, sorting the mail, "reading" the mail, etc... So this toy has been well received. It's very sturdy and so far the velcro for the stamps is holding up well. The wood is relatively thick, and the locking door/key works well and has been the most popular part so far in our house.
Fabulous for Preschoolers
This is a terrific toy. Out of the hundereds I spent at Christmas, this toy has gotten the most playing time from my 3 1/2 year old and 10 month old. I definitely recommend it. It is fun and simple and quiet!! THey love mixing and matching the stamps and using the key.

Wonderful Toy for a One Year Old
This toy is as exactly as pictured, bright and bold. My one year old has had it for several months (since before his first birthday) and it's been loads of fun. He's had it since he was learning to walk and he still enjoys it. As he's grown, he's more able to maneuver it on his own. No problems with quality and the noise of the clacking alligators doesn't bother me--my son just loves it!. We have wall to wall carpeting and it moves along like the breeze. I recommend.
2 thumbs up for the Wodden Chomp and Clack Alligator Push Toy
What makes a great gift for a one year old boy? The Chomp and Clack! It's durable and easy to assemble. Out of all the gifts my nephew received on his birthday, I think this was one of his favorites. My sister loved the Chomp and Clack too because it's made out of wood and she will be able to pass it down to any future children her and her husband may have.
Great for babies learning to walk!
My granddaughter loves this toy. She pushes it all over the room and is getting stronger and stronger. She will be walking by herself soon!
Very happy with purchase
Our 11 month-old daughter has been playing with this for the past few months and has loved it. She uses it to walk around the house and now can adjust its path (but couldn't when we didn't want her to). It is well constructed and was a breeze to put together (screwed). It hits her well - the handle is higher than other walkers, which is good. We also purchased a second walker (a lion) and while it is fine, I wouldn't take the time to review it.
Very good!
I bought this for my friend's son for his first birthday, he took to it right away! Although he couldn't figure out how to turn it around on his own, he loved racing from one end of the house to the other. Now, a year and a half later, he has passed it on to my 1 year old. Sure it has suffered a bit in a year and a half of heavy use (he still played with it well after he walking on his own), but nothing a little wood glue can't fix. Initially I had purchased a Radio Flyer push wagon for my son to use (a LOT more expensive), but it turns out he likes the alligators MUCH more. It's nice and stable and it doesn't move too fast the way some of the lightweight plastic walkers do. The only drawback it that it is hard to turn with it, but that seems to be true of all the heavier/more stable walker toys I've found and I'll trade manueverability for safety and stability any day.

Easy Peasy
I was able to put this table together fast while home alone with a curious 18m old--even with a screwdriver. The chairs snapped together relatively easily, and I am 105lbs. Make sure you pay attention to how the pieces cross over--the direction does matter. All in all, I am happy with it, and so is my daughter.
Great value and quality for the money
I just received this table and chair set today, and despite one negative review claiming that it is a "piece of junk," I have to say quite the contrary. I was impressed with the size, durability and quality of this set overall. As an added bonus, my two-year old daughter loves it. She's been using it all day so far, coloring and playing with her toys on it. It was also incredibly easy to put together--took about ten minutes with just a Phillips screwdriver. Don't believe the 'review skewers'!
Value for money
I bought this table and chair set for my grandaughter and she loves it. The item is durable, easy to build, and good quality.
Love this table!
We bought this set for our 5 year old son. He is too big for a booster seat and too short to really color and draw at our dinner table. We first tried a child-sized wooden table but our younger son destroyed it within a couple of months. This set is sturdy and stable. The table is also very light. When it is not in use, we store the table upside-down on top of our dining room table. It is easy to relocate when we need to move it and fits through a standard doorway (when turned on it's side). The top of the table has a very slight lip to stop crayons or markers from rolling on the floor. I think we will be using this happily for years!
FANTASTIC PRODUCT!
I got this table and chair set for my 3 and 1 year old. PERFECT! Very durable material. Easy and quick to put together. The hubby wasn't home yet so I had to attempt to do it myself. Takes about 2 minutes per chair to assemble. The table assembles pretty quickly, too. About 10 minutes to put it together. I didn't have a power drill available so I had to put the screws in manually but still, it wasn't bad. My girls love it. Doesn't handle the typical markings that happen when you have children this young. I tried dish liquid, pine sol and I scrubbed and scrubbed. I saw another reviewer say that a Magic erase works on it so I'll try that.

For the price (and even if it was slightly higher priced), this was a great buy!

Military families enjoy an early Christmas

— Vanessa Guerra’s mug split into a grin as she showed off the “Star Wars” lightsaber she scored for her 7-year-old son, Gabriel.

“He’ll be so appropriate,” said Guerra, 24, as she and her Marine husband, Philip, juggled plastic Walmart bags full of toys.

The military families at the Machinist Homefront holiday giveaway in Oceanside yesterday were both youthfully gleeful at the free loot and maturely resigned about the coming troop buildup in Afghanistan.

“It’s manner of like a déjà vu,” said Philip Guerra, 25, who has deployed three times in three years to Iraq. His helpmeet added, “It went from ‘bring them all back’ to ‘send them over.’ ”

In 2006, Philip Guerra took a job as a Maritime drill instructor, but that assignment is now over.

“Who knows?” Guerra said about what’s next for him.

His wife is pleased to have the new toys —- a Dora the Explorer doll for their oldest daughter and a Lil Garden Bench for their toddler — as she recently started a job, and day regard is expensive.
