Good ValueIts a good product. My 2 year old son was very exceited about it.
One feedback for Amazon, I was hoping to find any customer care number who could give me more information about the product before I place the order. I did not find ay and with quite a few questions in my mind I placeed the order.

Great train set
My 2 year old son loves this train set. Especially because of the hill. This toy is great for helping toddlers with there fine motor skills and patients. Good toy with hours of enjoyment
Train Set That Will Last a Lifetime
This was one of many gifts my grandson received for his third birthday. It is very well-made, sturdy, and will definitely be around for his children to play with. It does require an adult to put the track together but once it is done you hear such happy choo choo noises coming from the little one.
I do wish the track was a little larger but it is a wonderful value for the money. You just can't go wrong purchasing wooden toys.

Nice beginner train set
We bought this train set for my 2-year-old nephew for Christmas. Apparently, he loves it! It seems to be a great beginner set, and a relatively inexpensive way to see if he enjoys this type of toy. It will be something that we can add to as he grows.

Awesome purchase!You can't go wrong with Thomas Wooden Railway toys. It's durable, cute, and literally hours of fun if your kid is into trains. I love purchasing them on Amazon because otherwise I'd go broke. They come promptly, are in good condition/packaging, and will last forever. You simply can't beat it!
small but my son loves them
I thought these would be much bigger for the price. Would you pay $8 - $10 for a matchbox car, because thats about how big these are. My son does love them and they seem to be well made.

This item looked much larger in the picture than it actually was. I was surprised at the size, but I should have known by the price and if I had been more familiar with the product.

openings are difficult to get in & outI don't like this play tent coz the openings are difficult to get in and out. The opening is not from the ground up, instead it's like a feet above the floor so you would have to pick up your feet and step into it and my son have tripped over it several time going in and out. And he wants me to get in w/ him and it's not easy...if it was just open from the ground up, it would have been a much nicer tent. And both openings are quite small (and both opening are not from ground up either). I'm going to donate this and get myself another tent that'll open from ground up.
Great play tent
We have had this for 3 years. It just keeps kicking and my kids really beat on it. This has been so much fun. I definitely recommend it. Folds up easy too!
Great gift for a 4 year old!
I purchased the Thomas Tank Playhut for our four year old grandson's birthday. He loves Thomas the Train, so my daughter suggested we get the Playhut. It was the best birthday gift of the party. My other grandsons enjoyed it as much the birthday boy. He has taken naps in it as well as sleep in it overnight. It is easy to put up and easy to store. It was well worth the money I paid for the fun our grandsons have had. I would highly recommend it to anyone with a child who loves Thomas the Train or trains in general.
Toddler loves it and puts away easily
My son loves Thomas and he loves this train tent. He must of spent every waking hour in it for the first week we had it. It is a nice size, we can both sit in it but it is small enough to find a location for it. He likes all the windows and has two doors for easy access. When not in use, it folds up easily. It also comes with a nice carrying case. However we rarely put it all the way away because he still always wants to play with it, so we just fold it flat and tuck it away.
replaced with cheap material...
We had a similar train that lasted 9 years, 3 boys! This is not the same material!!! It is not nylon like the original, it is a cheap guaze material that can be ripped, poked through VERY EASILY! We had it one week, and window is ripped, seam coming out, and holes poked through! The only reason we had to finally throw out our original nylon one, it was left outside and cats sprayed it. It never had one rip. (just smelled horrible ;)) I'm returning this junk and surprised this is made by play hut. The box it came in has picture of original nylon tent!

26 month son loves theseOk, first off, let's get one thing straight: Bertie is not a train, she's a bus. This is lame.
However, my boy likes these guys a lot. We also have a battery powered Salty (highly recommend at least one battery powered engine) that he hooks these guys up to, and we have lots of fun pulling them all around the track.

Purchased for my nephew. He has a great collection of these trains and they are great quality and very durable.
Nice expansion pack for your Thomas Trains
This is an excellent way to get a lot of Thomas the Tank Engine characters in one go, including Toby and Bertie among others. Like all the wooden Learning Curve toys, you get decent physical construction and compatibility with their wooden track system. The weak point is that the paints on most of the vehicles isn't particularly durable and will flake or wear off after a year or two. But my girls like them a lot and play with them most every day along with the other trains.

My son is going to be 4 years old and he has just started to watch Thomas & Friends. This was a great starter pack for him. Instead of buying the expensive Thomas wooden train tracks, we got a cheaper set from Ikea - which work fine - for a fraction of the price. The only thing was, I thought all of these trains came with collectors cards as pictured but they don't. I inquired with Amazon about this and they sent me a new gift pack right away. That order didn't come with cards either. I also purchased seperate Thomas trains - no cards. I'm not sure where they are supposed to come from. My son would love them. They tell a little story about each train.
My son loves these trains!
I purchased this wooden train set for my son because the price was a bargain. The Thomas & Friends wooden trains usually cost an average of $12.00 per train. I just had to get these because my son loves playing with his Thomas trains. He gets great use out of these trains. Not only are these great toys to play around the house, but they are also great for long airplane flights, long car rides, and eating out. All I have to do is whip out these trains and he is a happy camper!

Cute set, I list the titles of individual booksThis is a cute set of four board books that are in a nice package. The books include: Stop, Train, Stop!, Go, Train, Go!, Green Train Blue Train and A Crack in the Track. This will be a birthday gift for my daughter in a few months so we haven't read A Crack in the Track but have checked out all of the others from the library. She will turn two and loves all of the books that we have read. However, she is easier to please than I am. I agree with other reviewers that Green Train Blue Train has the best writing. The repetition is very pleasing to little ones. Stop, Train, Stop! and Go, Train, Go! are awkwardly written. There is a weak attempt at rhyming on a few pages but, otherwise, the text leaves a little to be desired. Though I am not impressed by the writing in these two, my daughter loves the illustrations and asks for these books often. All in all, these are cute books and a good deal for the price. Gotta love Thomas.

Train runs from NYC to Atlantic City trimmed due to ridership decline
Operators of the ACES satisfaction express train that runs between Atlantic City and New York City say they're eliminating some of the runs because of an expected downturn in winter ridership.
Outset Dec. 18, the current 18-run weekend schedule decreases to 11 runs, with one Saturday northbound travel leaving Atlantic City an hour earlier.
The schedule reduction does not mean ACES operators - Borgata Pension Casino & Spa, Caesars Atlantic City, Harrah's Resort, NJ Transit and the Casino Reinvestment Development Control - are giving up on the service, according to ACES spokeswoman Maureen Garrity.
Summer ridership met initial projections, with climax trains averaging 95 percent capacity from July 1 through Labor Day, she said. Southbound Friday Cimmerian dark trips from New York City to Atlantic City were frequently sold out, she said.
The decision to scrap the seven runs was reached after a planned give one's opinion of of ridership patterns, something similar to what NJ Transit does with its regular train service, Garrity said.
