My daughter who is two enjoys this toy. I love how portable it is, we travel a lot and I can easily bring this along. It keeps her occupied and I think she will enjoy it the older she gets and starts pretending more.

Hours of Fun, Fasinating Entertainment for Small Ones
Boy or girl, the Fisher-Price Little People Animal Sounds Farm is fun, will keep the attention and occupy more of the play time then many other toys because of choices of things to do and activity in making things work. Also there is enough variety and creativity that your little one will "want" to play Farm. This is a toy that can be used for play by themselves or with others, providing they both don't want the same animal. Very well made, living up to Fisher Price reputation of excellent quality and safely constructed toys. Good to stimulate imagination, coordination, reasoning (do you put the cart before the horse, so to speak) memory, learning the names of animals and sounds they make, creativity. I highly recommend this toy as a fun as well as a learning activity and have purchased 2 as gifts for small children in my life. They love it and the moms love it too as it keeps the little ones entertained for a little while.

Many fun days on the farm
Bought this for my daughter for her 1st birthday and also gave this to a friend's son for his 1st birthday. My daughter loves this toy and loves imitating the animal noises.

It's a great classic toy that all kids would enjoy.

Junky
Fisher-Price toys are junk these days. My son does like it so I am glad I bought it, but this toy is definately not worth the money. The barn doors didn't make noises when they were opened. I didn't want to have the hassle of sending it back and getting a new one so I took the bottom off to see if I could fix it myself. The circuit board in it looked AWFUL. I don't know how those soldered connections passed quality control (if there is any quality control). I managed to super glue a bit of cardboard so the the switch would work. The only reason I am not fuming is because I got it off Toys r Us when they had buy one get one free on FP toys..and I had a $5 gift card.

Not impressed at all.

Great Toy
My daughter got this for her first birthday, and absolutely loves it! It keeps her attention for much longer than most toys. It is well made, and the sounds effects and songs are great, not tinny or grating like some toys that make noise. (And on a purely "nice-to-see" note, the pilot of the airplane is female!) I highly recommend it!

Excellent Toy
Eons ago and far away, I had a little Fisher Price plane of my own. It was less stylized, more realistic looking, did less (fewer things, too) and it was better. However, this little plane here is really great too.

It's built quite tough, and allows for imaginative play. The plane sounds are pretty good and not annoying because they only sound for a couple of seconds while the pilot is being pressed down.

There is one song it plays that I do find annoying, however, again it's no problem, because 1. It is short and 2. It can be changed with another quick tap on the pilot.

I recommend it. It has already gotten much more use than many other toys.

Cute
I bought this for my grandson. He's too young to play with it now. When shown to him, his eyes and smile lit up to the sounds of the plane. Hopefully when he's older, this toy will be played with alot. I gave this a four star because its so adorable. By the way, I bought this toy yesterday at Target for $9.00.

Not Interesting
18 month old is not at all interested in this toy - it does not do much: 2-3 short audios, small lights and figures move slightly when plane is pushed. I would opt for another toy than this.

nephew loves it
I bought this toy for my nephew after receiving many videos from my brother showing me how the baby likes to take pots and pans out of the cabinets. I figured this would keep him entertained and I went by the prior reviews. I must say that I am so happy to inform you that my brother states my nephew just LOVES this toy. He takes the pilot out and gives him kisses for flying them to different destinations LOL. As a matter of fact my brother is a pilot and has many airplane models at home but the baby just wants to play with this toy. THANK YOU for all the positive reviews which were so helpful. I give this, well my brother and nephew give this toy a 5 out of 5. If you are considering buying it, DON'T HESITATE, your child will love it !!!

Little People Noah's Ark
I love this toy and, more importantly, my kids love it! I noticed in other reviews some complained about the new design and the fuzzy animals but I bought and received the original Noah's Ark, not the Touch and Feel version. Thank goodness! These are easy to clean and I appreciate that this toy does not make noise or light up. My only real complaint is not with the toy but with the product listing here on Amazon. The product features section does not specifically list what is included and the item picture is not in its package. Add in the reviews that seem to be talking about a different product (the Touch and Feel version) and I just wasn't sure what all came with this. I finally had to go to the Fisher-Price website to verify that this item includes the ark, Noah, 2 giraffes, 2 lions, 2 elephants and 2 zebras.

Sweet Little People Set
Our daughter received this toy on her first birthday, and still plays with it at 22 months. It is great for working on animals, and imaginative play. I also love being able to tell her the story that goes along with it, and acting it out. She enjoys matching the animals, and lining them up, two-by-two. This has been a fun toy. My one complaint is that the door does pull off fairly easily, and most of the animals can't go through it standing up. But that's really been no big deal. I think this is a great toy for learning and imagination.

Fisher-Price Little People Noah's Ark
This product is well made, the animals are great - but it would be a lot more fun for kids if it had wheels on it so that it could be pushed or pulled. My one year old granddaughter loved the animals, but found the ark boring - she enjoyed the yellow school bus a lot more because it had wheels and she could push it while crawling.

Looks great, but isn't.
The figures are a lot of fun. The ark is poorly designed. The bottom of the ark is not flush, so it tip over very easy. When the lid (top half of ark) is on, the botton is inaccessible even for little hands. Teh top of the ark is just a tiny room. There are no compartments or stalls for animals. My child just uses the figures with the barn.

My daughter loves this bus!
I don't know what's going on with the reviews that say it only came with one little person. Ours came with a driver, school children, and a wheelchair. The wheels turn just fine, which makes the people move a little bit. Pushing on the driver's seat makes the songs and sound effects happen. My daughter is almost 2 and a half now, and she loves this toy so much we had to get her the plane, too. The little people are interchangeable so the vacationers that came with the plane fit in the bus too. She has had this toy for months and she still plays with it all the time. We got her a few more little people sold separately to go with it too. I'm noticing there are a few different versions on the market for what appears to be the same toy, so just make sure you get the one that comes with all the people and the wheelchair. If you order it from Amazon and you don't get all the people as described, send it back and order a new one, maybe from a different seller. Any time I've ever contacted them for a return or exchange, Amazon takes care of it no problem.

School Bus for little ones
Gave this to my grandson when he was 2 years old. He is infatuated with school buses and watches them pass by his window everyday. This toy bus is just right for him. Putting the people in their seats, pushing it around the floor, opening and closing the doors and the handicap ramp and wheelchair complete the educational value of this toy. Good choice for any little one who recognizes what a school bus is.

Great toy
My 18 month old daughter loves her bus! She enjoys playing with the bus (with or without batteries) and opening the little doors. It is a very robust toy. Sometimes she sits on it to ride the bus too! We love Little People!

A Classic!
My boys love their Little People. They are five and three years old and still play with them all the time. We got this bus two years ago and it's held up great. I like that it came with a person in a wheelchair - it helps teach my kids about the ways we are all different from each other.

We like it!
We've had it for a few weeks now. I would say that my daughters (3 1/2yrs and 2yrs) play with it daily. They just don't play with it for as long as I had hoped they would. It entertains them for a good 15 minutes or so. My 2 year old enjoys creatively putting other objects (like dice and coins) down the slides, too. I do think that this rampway is much better than any of the other options I've seen! I'd definitely buy it again! I gave it 4 stars as an overall toy (compared to other toys), but I would give it 5 stars comparing it to similar toys.

Wonderful purchase
We ordered this based on other reviews and we are so glad that we did! It's tall but not too big and assembly was quick and easy. I think this will continue to be a hit for months and any child who loves cars and wheels will adore this - my 2 yr old sure does.

Surprisingly Fun!
I bought this for my 2yr old daughter. She loves it. It was the first thing she runs to in the mornings when she wakes up. It's nuetral enough for both boys and girls. And sadly yes, I've caught myself racing cars down the ramps as well! It's pretty sturdy plastic andit is quite tall but thin enough to not take up much space. I see this as being one of her favorites for awhile.

Appeals to a Wide Range of Ages
I was shopping for something that would be fun for a 1 YO and an almost 4 YO and this definitely fit the bill!

Pros:
- You can play with this from BOTH sides so 2 kiddos can play without bumping into each other, thus making it great for sharing.
- Its relatively thin so although its a larger toy, it can be moved off to the side to make space.
- Its pretty sturdy, the 1 YO can hold on to it, walk around it, etc. without it toppling over.
- Assembly is super easy.
- So far both kids plus others who have come to play have all made good use of it.
- It does make a little noise but its not deafening loud like some toddler toys and doesn't really factor into the toy's playability.

Cons:
- There is very little opportunity for creative play with this item. Rolling cars down the track (or racing them) is great fun but that's more or less the extent of it. (Perhaps in time my peanuts will prove me wrong on this.)
- Other cars (matchbox et al) do not roll well on this track as they are too heavy and go flying off.

Bottom Line: There are lots of toddler toys in this price range which we have found to be annoyingly loud, boring for older kids, and difficult to share. So for our purposes, this was definitely a worthy purchase!
