Pointless to order this online..This is a beautiful ornament. It is a pity that it is so poorly constructed and packaged that it is impossible to receive it in one piece. It ships from the manufacturer(not the seller) in a styro-foam cube with no box, and no label marking it as fragile. The village scene and train are loosely secured in the base that they arrived rattling around in globe. This happened both times I ordered this item. After looking closer, it appears that it is constructed so poorly that there is no way this item can be shipped without this seperation happening. I have nothing but good things to say about the customer service of the seller I tried to purchase this from, as they did everything they could to make me happy. If this ornament is something you want, please consider trying to find it at a store. Unless the two I was shipped were from a faulty batch, it seems impossible to ship this without breaking it.

Sweet and quickEvery day for four years, Jane Smith passes by an antiques shop on her way to work at the factory. Every year at Christmas time the owner displays a Christmas scene that features a miniature village called The Village of Peace. Jane pulls herself away from the window display and bumps into a man.
Ron Morgan has just met the most beautiful woman in his life. Ron can't stop thinking about her and goes in search of Jane.
Charlie Righton is the owner of the antiques shop. Jane comes in to get a better look of the Village of Peace. She is so disappointed when she learns that it is not for sale. Charlie tells Jane that miracles happen and that she should pray.
I liked this book. I thought it was sweet and a quick read. The only issues I had with the book was that the first several pages was spent describing Jane's obsession with the Christmas display, which I didn't really understand until I got middle of the way. Also, I would have liked to get to know Jane and Ron better as they were suppose to fall in love but I didn't feel the connection. Overall, though I liked this book and thought it was magical Christmas fun.

BEWARE!!!!Well first off I believe this DVD is coming from Canada.. Which is cool, except for the fact that it took maybe a MONTH to be delivered !!!!! That alone had me pissed off, then to put the icing on the cake after playing it a few times it, Pauses, Freezes, jumps like if it's totally scratched!!! So No this grinch movie is NOT getting a good review from me,'matter of fact it's not the movie it's the whole company they got going on there!!! So BEWARE u might as well pay the $2-3 extra bucks for the original made in USA store or even walmart bought !!!

Only Jim Carrey can pull off this character very well. this movie is awesome jim carrey is awesome the costumes are awesome the actors are awesome. i just can go on and on about this movie. but i'll cut it short and say if you did not see then you should. peace

I didn't like this movie the first time I watched it, however, when I watched it the second time, I was able to catch Jim Carrey's lines and mannerisms better. Its definitely becoming one of our favorite holiday movies !

But 17 years ago their heed shifted to Christmas-related goods.
What started out as four Christmas village scenes set up on the dining room table of their home has grown in to a exhibit that takes up two walls of the Arps’ “It’s A Fit” screen-printing shop located across the row from Southland Field in Houma.
“They (wife and daughter-in-law, Krisitie) just finished it up the Monday before Thanksgiving,” Mike, 58, said. “Everybody whose been in here since then has been like, ‘Wow.’ ”
Mike, who works as the gatherer, estimates both scenes that compel up the Christmas village feature at least 300 trees, countless people and a variety of businesses.
Some of the highlights of the display are a drive-in silver screen theater with an operational projection screen, a group of singing Christmas carolers and Santa driving his sleigh into the gloom sky.
“It usually takes my wife 30 days to set it up, but this year they did it in 10 thanks to my daughter-in-law’s labourers,” Mike said.

Keep Jefferson Community college students that seeks to resist County citizens entering the Elate Christmas.
Jeff students are worthy statement hold a Christmas village for limited community December 9, 9 am to 6 pm in the Science Building on campus Haleness Shelby Hoover.
Libby Holmes, who works with community outreach for Jeff Hold, said students in the culinary program of the university is working with ambassadors devoted to the stage today. He, in any case raises for the rich culinary arts program and ambassadors.
Cooking Students will have a place to showcase what they are doing excellent, he said.
"Students are baked cinnamon rolls all day and people to buy and see (the oven)," she said. "They will handle the sale of the lobby."
Students also will provide snacks and drinks to the crowd.
The Christmas village also boasts over 50 vendors, who will be selling merchandise ranging from homemade candles and jewelry to Goose bandz, bestiality shaped rubber bands.
Santa is ready for photos all day. Photos with Santa will be $ 5. There will also be door prizes confined agreed out every 30 minutes.
"We categorically galvanized regard. You do not have to pay a large amount of banknotes or in fact anything to have a caste without furrow," said Holmes.
Before this year, members of the students at Easy conglomerate intent sponsored the Christmas Village year. This year, the final became a campus as much as possible to excel, "said Holmes....
