Carefull, so called new bag might be a Biohazard!
Bought this laminated baby bag from seller. Bought product as new. The bag included a changing pad prepackaged and placed within baby bag. When we opened the changing pad there were blood and fecal stains! Yuck. This is a biohazard. Went to return bag for a replacement and seller/amazon will not allow replacement. That is okay, will return and get refund....not sure what else we would find if we got another bag from this seller.

Pretty and practical
I really like this bag -- nice and roomy, with three interior pockets, two exterior pockets, plus matching accessories. I love the zippered pouch for keeping changing supplies ready to hand, and the changing pad has a little bit of padding, which is nice without adding bulk. Nice insulated bottle holder too. It ships direct from Amazon, so the shipping was LIGHTNING fast!

There is only one big drawback to this bag, and it's a doozy -- the one I received (as of 12/13/07) was chocolate brown and white, NOT brown and blue as pictured. Changing pad is chocolate brown too. But upon seeing it, I liked it BETTER than the brown and blue one I thought I was getting. It is very gender neutral and stylish, great for a parent that is waiting for a "surprise" baby, or for someone who wants something a little more sleek and a little less baby-ish.

Some things that I would have liked to see are an interior zippered pocket for Mom, a tether for keys or pacifier, or possibly an elasticized interior pocket large enough to put a bottle or sippy cup inside and keep it upright, but these are just nit-picky. The overall function is great! The pockets inside are just the right size for small items or diapers. The pockets on the outside the perfect size for the 4oz Avent bottles or for other small sippy cups with the flap closed. For larger or taller cups and bottles such as a 16.9 oz bottle of water, they fit great but you can't close the flap. Not an issue -- they work just fine. Objectively, these are not as important as having to room to pack what you need. Some diaper bags have so many pockets that you run out of room for larger items like toys, blankies and clothes. Not so for this bag. There is a nice balance between pockets and room, style and function.

No complaints, only praise!
I order this bag off Amazon for a great deal. It can fit 12-15 diapers in the inside pockets to keep organized (my baby is a size 3), & I put wipes, a change of clothes, formula can and some toys in the center opening, bottles on both side pockets, medicine on the outer pockets, and more. This is the perfect size and design for mom on the go to hold all of the essentials and more. The best diaper bag I've tried. I also like the included diaper changing pad, I always use it when I use public diaper changing stations and its nylon so I can quick clean it.

So pretty!!!
My mother purchased this diaper bag in the Cocoa Tree pattern as a baby shower gift when I was pregnant with my little boy. It is so pretty and I've gotten lots of complements from it. The bag is roomy with lots of pockets and very modern looking. I've been using it for the past 9 months now and it still looks as good as the day I received it. I believe that it is very well made - all of the seams, zippers, snaps and other hardware are sturdy. This bag holds lots of stuff - perhaps too much! I tend to carry everything but the kitchen sink when I leave home. Many times this bag has been loaded to the brim. It can get heavy. It is easy to clean - just use a wet cloth and wipe it down. Once Carter (my baby) outgrows the diaper bag stage, I plan to use this bag to carry my DSLR and other photography gear. I also have the Graco SnugRide 32 Infant Car Seat, Zurich and the Graco Quattro Tour Deluxe Stroller, Zurich. So, when I'm out and about I have quite a nice set up. I love my Cocoa Tree diaper bag!!!

Do Not Buy from this Seller!!
I purchased a baby bella mya carrier cover from this seller. They sent me the wrong carrier. I have emailed and called multiple times. Someone called back once saying they were checking the tracking of the correct carrier. I never received it. They will not return phone calls, nor answer emails. Horrible customer service. I have read several reviews stating the same issue. They have responded to other negative reviews saying the product was returned to them after multiple attempts to ship. If that is the case, why not respond to an email or phone call and obtain the correct shipping address?? Amazing the incorrect carrier made it to my house just fine. They also responded to others saying that they have emailed and to check your spam folder. Nothing there either. This seller has horrible customer service! The worst I have ever experienced. Buyer beware. . .
