LOVE this seat!
We have had such good luck with this seat. We started using it when my son was about 5 months old, and we love it, and he seems to love it too. We take it to restaurants and use it instead of using a highchair. Even with the highchair covers, I am still grossed out by the germs! With this seat, your little one is contained in his own germs :) It it also very easy to clean.. I would highly recommend this product to anyone! I think it can even be used by toddlers as a booster, so definitely worth the small investment.
Don't think, JUST BUY IT!!!! It's AWESOME
My 6 month old baby would'nt sit in one position, if on the chair, she will try to turn. It was a major prob for me to feed her anythin bcoz of no stable position in any of the things i used to place her on. I went by the revies of this booster and bought it. It's simply great, it has become my live saver as I can place her on this chair and forget about her safety. She is nicely buckled up, has things to play with on her tray...so now i can take a breather and do my chores.
I got the red n white seat as itwas for just $23 also something diff. I love the colour too. Best part is that U can take it around, where ever u want...
Earlier, we were considering a high chair, but this is soo much better. I prefer this to a high chair. I can sit comfortably and feed her. We also place her booster seat on our chairs and take it outside. She enjoys it.
I love it.I love it..and I simply love it.

Go for it....
Sweet and simple
This booster seat is awesome! Very simple and easy to clean. My 12 month old is very happy in it. The only thing that annoys me is that it only took him a couple of weeks to learn to grab the tray by the front edge of it and he would flip it over and spill everything.
No need for a clunky space hogging highchair!
We bought this for a family vacation long ago. Our rental did not have a high chair and this seemed easy enough... No more high chair since then! We have used this chair non-stop now for 5 years for our two kids, as well as a second that comes in handy for frequent guests in our house. This is extremely easy to install (we use a towel on the chair) and also very easy to clean. Our kids love that, when they grow up, this booster can be used at the table with everyone. For the little ones, the tray makes it a snap to clean up after snacks and meals. We have bought three total (one for Grandmas) and we love to give this as a gift to new parents!
Perfect alternative to a high chair!
Our apartment is very small, and the thought of spending money on a bulky high chair got me looking into booster seats. I absolutely love this one!!! And I'm thrilled I didn't go for the high chair cause this is even better cause you can put it anywhere and take it everywhere with you! Plus it's a total space saver and you can't beat the price! $30 vs. $150!

Nice seat
The booster seat worked very well. my grand-daughter loved the toys on it and entertained herself while we ate. Since it was plastic it cleaned up very well. I would reccommend it to anyone.
washable, great seat for a small space
We love this high chair, and want to get a second one for our next baby. We used only a bumbo seat and this booster, with no need for a huge traditional high chair.

The tray is easy to remove, and the tray and seat wash up easily, unlike some padded models. It folds into such a small thing, with a carrying strap. We take it anywhere, without feeling like we're lugging too much baby gear for a dinner visit. It sets up in an instant, has adjustable height, and will be a great booster when our girl is too big for the tray. The toy insert is not a bad idea, but didn't keep our daughter entertained for long.

Buy it, especially if you want to save money over full size chairs, travel a lot, or have a small house or apartment.
Fine portable booster seat for infants and toddlers
This "Rainforest" model is similar to other Fisher Price booster seats. A series of straps helps simply and securely attach the seat to almost any full-sized chair, and the dishwasher safe tray locks into one of three positions on the front. This product also includes a modest jungle toy insert that fits into the tray and can be used for pre- or post-meal entertainment. We have successfully used this at several casual restaurants, and the seat has garnered admiration from other parents with small children. While we prefer a larger, sturdier booster seat for daily use, we have been very satisfied with this for portable use and recommend this to other parents (as well as baby shower attendees looking for a gift idea).
Great replacement for a high chair and to use anywhere.
This booster seat is light, easy to install (two clips with adjustable straps), and easy to clean. When my son was smaller we used this when we went out and his high chair at home. At this point I've figured out I could probably have done without the high chair since it takes up alot of room and now I have to store it. This seat adjusts in height so it has been good at any table. Now that my son is older (18 months) we use it as a booster seat and I still have no complaints. The toys it comes with are just a plus.
Perfect Size
My four month old daughter loves this high chair, it keeps her occupied while I prepare her food and she doesn't whine to get out of it. It's portable so I can take it to restaurants and know that my daughter's high chair is clean. Perfect for those who don't have the space or need for a standard high chair.

Wouldn't change a thing
Sturdy, inexpensive, and reliable. Great product. Portable, easy to clean, never a pinched finger-- couldn't ask for more. Definitely beats our full-sized high chair, no matter the age. In fact, (besides the obvious smaller tray size) the only difference really is that this doesn't recline-- but who wants an infant reclined during her early feedings?

The contoured shape makes up for lack of stainable padding. ;)
Worth its weight in gold!
We ordered this for our 15 month old son, who is large for his age. The tray fits him on the third (largest) setting just fine and the straps fit around his belly without being too tight. This is small but is convenient to carry and hooks onto folding chairs easily and safely (as well as larger chairs). The tray is small but definitely sufficient and easier than trying to feed him in his stroller or on our laps when we travel. Great for camping, graduation parties, picnics, visiting friends or family, taking to a restaurant, etc. It's also easy to wipe down and clean. The chair back feature is nice. It's not a really high back but it is definitely sufficient and it's so convenient that it folds down. I wish I would have bought this a couple months earlier because we could have gotten a lot more use out of it! I would highly recommend this!
Grows with the kid, easy to clean
I wish I had bought this product earlier. It grows with your child: for infants, with the tray; for toddlers, as a seat booster. So you don't need to buy a booster when they grow up; and it doesn't take much space.
Besides, it is very easy to clean: you just put it into the dishwasher. Before having this one, we bought another infant chair that had some cushions, and it was a nightmare to clean. And infants can be very messy when they are learning to eat!
Another thing I love about this chair: as a booster, it can be secured to the chair. Most boosters don't have this option; if your toddler moves a lot, you will really appreciate this. And unlike other boosters, she can lean back on it.

The only disadvantage I saw so far is the colors: I wish there was some more choice. Though my daughter LOVES her orange and yellow sit.

I am really happy and I only wish I had bought this when she was younger!

Yellow & Orange Booster Seat by FisherPrcie
The Yellow and Orange Booster Seat was perfect for my 2-1/2 year old granddaughter who visited me for a week. It will serve as well, I hope, in future summers for her or her baby sister. It is attractive and very practical.
Too small
It does the job but it's a bit on the smaller side and my daughter is avaerage height and weight for a 15 mo old.

the first years on the go booster seat vs. munchkin travel booster seat
Both are very functional and well made, but here are the differences:

1)The munchkin one is made of sturdy hollow plastic, utilizing middle of chair base for additional storage like diapers or feeding items. It is bigger folded and weighs 3 LB. The first years is auto-inflated, therefore, smaller when folded and weights 2 LB. It has a small mesh pocket in the back, good for storing bibs and such(easy access) in a pinch.

2)The munchkin one has 3 straps (one on the back and 2 on the bottom of the chair). The first years has 2 straps(one on the back and one on the bottom).

3)The munchkin one is solid plastic and won't sag, where as the first years is air-inflated and may sag just a little with a heavy child. it also feels more bouncy on a not-so-flat chair. One upside is that you can control how high you want the booster depending on how much you inflate.

4)With regard to opening and closing, the first years requires additional steps because you have to 1)unzip to allow expansion 2)open the valve to inflate 3)close the valve after inflating. Also .4 additional steps with closing: 1)open the valve to deflate 2)apply pressure to deflate 3)close the valve after deflating 4)zip to keep untit together.

5)the munchkin one is slightly higher than the first years by approximately 3/4 inch.

I think both are excellent products, but at the end I choose the munchkin one(also available at local target) due to fewer steps in opening and closing and the additional strap to feel just a little more secure. The first years can be a good choice if you prefer to carry 2 lb instead of 3 lb and you want a more compact fold.

Hope this helps.
Wonderful for travel!
We recently purchased this seat to take with us on a trip to Paris for our 16 month old daughter - and, I couldn't recommend it more highly. It is lightweight and compact when broken down - fit easily into the suitcase going over - without taking up too much room. And, it also fit well into the stroller basket when we were out and about in the city. It came in very handy as most restaurants did not have a high chair. This is a great product for travel with a toddler!
Good for travel only
For our recent trip to my mother-in-law's house, we needed a travel high chair. After shopping around and reading many reviews, I decided to order this First Years booster seat. The instructions that came with the seat suggest to open the valve and let the chair inflate overnight before using it. I would strongly recommend that. I tried to fasten the seat on our kitchen chairs, and it secured tightly in place. I also strapped my 20-months-old son in there to adjust the harness and just to see how he would like it. He was very comfortable in it, and he liked sitting at the table like the adults do. Deflating the seat was also very easy. The seat folds together very compact, and is light weight. At this point, I was very pleased overall. When we got to my mother-in-law's house, I set up the booster seat at the dining table. Her chairs are different from ours, and the straps didn't tighten all the way around the back and bottom of the chair. We had to re-tighten them every time before putting our son in the seat. After using the seat for a couple of days, it started leaning to the left. I have no idea why. It was fully inflated and the valve was closed. I checked it several times. I even deflated and inflated it again, but it was still leaning. Despite these problems, the seat was still able to keep my very active toddler at the table, so we were able to feed him. Overall, this booster seat is ok for travelling. It's easy to use, and it served its purpose, but that's about it.
LOVE this booster seat!
I don't understand the few 1-star reviews on this seat at all. I received this booster as a gift, and first fell in love with it when my son was 4-5 months old and could sit up with help, but he wasn't yet comfortable sitting in a hard wood restaurant high chair. He was very comfortable in this. Now that he is older, when a restaurant doesn't have enough high chairs, I just run out to the car and grab the booster seat. It stays in the car all the time. The straps are easily adjustable, so he was held in tight, and the seat straps well to chairs (better for a table than a booth seat, can't be attached to a booth). We even took it to a football game and strapped it to the stadium bleachers. At the end of a meal, I wipe it down with one or two baby wipes. It is so versatile and convenient, and my new favorite baby gift to give.
Easy to travel booster seat
This booster makes eating out or visiting friends much easier with our twins. The seat folds up up into an very compact size and fits securely on most any chair. The canvas fabric wipes clean very quickly.

Will ruin wood furniture
As other reviewers mentioned, the seat works fine but it ruined the finish on our new wood chair. We just bought this kitchen dining set too and I'm so upset. I didn't see the warning on the bottom that says not to use it on fine wood furniture. I wouldn't call what we have fine furniture, just a basic kitchen table and chairs. I had considered using a liner under the seat when I first bought it, but figured that would make the seat slip around and my son wouldn't be able to get in and out by himself. If you have plastic chairs, this would be a great product. I'm not sure how it would do on fabric.
best booster ever!
love it! it's the right height, it's comfy, it stays in place, fits well into a regular chair, lightweight, easily transported, it's fabulous!
So far so good
We've had the BabySmart Cooshee Classic for about a month now, and have been entirely happy with it. It is easy to clean, travels well, and reports from our 3-year-old are that it's comfortable; she seems to like it. We have not had any problems with the material cracking or ripping, though again, the seat is rather new. We also have had no problem with the seat removing finish from chairs, as one reviewer reported, nor with the seat slipping on fabric, which I believe another reviewer reported -- we have fabric chairs at home and the seat stays put, and we've taken it on two family vacations so far; both times it was on painted chairs: no finish-removing issues.
overall a great product
I recently ordered this in hunter green when my younger son outgrew his infant feeding seat- I wanted one to match the one I already have for my daughter. Be forewarned that Babysmart has slightly changed the look of this booster from what the pictures show- the edges are more rounded, it is a little shinier, and yes i find it does stick to the furniture more. I thoroughly read the reviews first and saw a couple where the buyer thought they got a knock-off. With this in mind I had mine replaced. When the second one arrived looking the same, I called Babysmart and confirmed that they have changed the style slightly. So I don't have my two identical boosters, but I still love this product. I love the green- it goes well in my dining room and is refreshing in that it's not one of those garish primary colors so common in kids gear. They serve their intended purpose very well- are soft, comfortable, portable and secure. A worthwhile purchase.
Perfect dining out companion
We eat out quite a bit and I have seen my fair share of filthy high chairs and booster seats that have not been cleaned in days or maybe never. I always wound up cleaning the chairs before and after we used them. The final straw was when I picked up a high chair at a local restaurant and a roach crawled out of the crack. It had been living in the filthy cracks. I decided we needed our own chair for our now three year old and the BabySmart Cooshee is what I found. The Cooshee is exactly what we need to take with us to restaurants. It is lightweight, easy to clean and comfortable (or so our daughter says). We have had ours for about a year now and it still looks great. I highly recommend this little seat.

PENSACOLA - As the flood of doctors and teachers, of retired couples and young professionals made its way into the downtown building by the train station, the pre-eminently a free ballroom started to come alive.

The Greater Pensacola Seminole Club was the first stop on Bowden's 33rd annual booster tour, and club president Brett Berg had been with Bowden for most of the day, starting with a nearby of golf at 8 a.m. While Bowden posed for pictures, shook hands and signed autographs on the warm mid-April evening, Berg watched the 78-year-old caller of honor and treasured every moment.

To be around somebody who has the character he does, it means a lot to me, it means a lot to Pensacola. Obviously, wins and losses are important, but from our prospect, to have him representing our university, that's invaluable."
