My daughter loves this doll
We got this doll for our daughter last year for Christmas. She LOVES her.
When someone comes over they think (at first) that she is holding a real baby!
Although she does not look exactly like the picture, she is still beautiful.
Her hair got nappy really quick, but I expected that with a child playing with her. We just keep her hat on.

Not happy with product
This product was in poor condition upon arrival. I eventually received a full refund and apology from the company, but I don't appreciate the fact that it was suggested to me by a representative to remove my negative feedback.

I will not remove my feedback. I feel that if you have an issue with a product, you should let others know about it and allow them to come to their own decisions about purchasing it.

However, I will state that they did return my money in full when I complained of the problem and have offered to reimburse me my costs for shipping it back to them. My overall interaction with this company was pleasant.

Beautiful Baby!
I got her and she is absolutely gorgeous. She looks quite realistc and and weighs it too. Her breathing mechanism is awesome. You put the batteries in a box that is hidden inside her chest and press a button on her neck. It's adorable. I fell in love with her as soon as I saw her. The only bad thing I have to say is that the breathing mechanism can be heard if you are in a quiet place. It has a whirring mechanical sound. Other than that it is a great product. I love her!

Nice but smaller then looks and hair isnt good
The shipping took very long. I also thought the shipper was closer to my state (CA) but they were in NJ. So it took about 7 days to get it. I always get things much faster so I was disappointed to wait so long. The packing was good and it came in nice condition.

This baby is very cute but smaller then looks. The hair is a wig and you can see the glue.It looks fine when wearing a cap but not really nice without a cap. the hair looks dry and fake. I put some baby oil on the hair ends and it looked better.
It smells really nice like baby powder.

He looks beautiful/adorable when he has his head cap on and is semi-wrapped in a blanket. I also keep the blinky in his mouth, cause he doesnt look as nice without it. He does fit nicely in a newborn baby bouncer. Mine sleeps in his bouncer.
