Customer Reviews

An instant favorite in our house!
These blocks were a gift for our twin boys, who started playing with them at about 6 months. Both boys instantly loved these blocks. They are easy to hold in small hands and the colors and shapes seem to be engaging. We have dozens of toys but this bucket of blocks are always the first thing either baby plays with. They are so drawn to them in fact, we used these blocks as stimulation to encourage the boys to sit up on their own for the first time by placing a couple at their feet, and now use them to entice crawling. While they are not anywhere close to actually sorting them through the appropriate holes, in the three months they've been playing with these, the red bucket and the lid are every bit as much fun as the blocks themselves. It is not uncommon to see each baby with a couple blocks or a piece of the bucket despite having countless other options for toys. As parents we love the shapes and colors and are constantly reinforcing both during play. I like that these can grow with the babies for a while. They started out just holding them, then teething with them, banging them together to make noise, now they put them into the bucket, eventually they can sort the shapes. Many of the toys we have been given have very short windows of appropriateness for babies, these blocks are certainly getting use throughout the first year of development and probably beyond. And while they probably would have enjoyed them earlier than about 6 months, they were best once they could sit unassisted, as occasionally someone would tip over onto a block and bonk a head. Once they were stable sitting the blocks were a hit!
His favorite toy!
This is such an inexpensive, simple toy, yet it is hands down my 9 month old's favorite toy! If he starts crawling away from us all we have to do is put the blocks back in the bucket and shake it around and he just has to come over and dump them all out. He is starting to get that the pieces go in the holes, but mostly he just crawls around holding either the yellow lid or a block in each hand. He also loves to put the blocks into the little "slide" made for balls in another toy we have. Miraculously, with my son and 2 dogs, we have not lost a block yet!
Nonsensical design
This item can easily earn an award for the worst design. Seriously, whereas FisherPrice has many nice products, they seem to design this one without any thinking. The flaw is that the lid doesn't snap, so the child just takes the it off and plays with this sorter as with a bucket. Why would anyone try to figure out the right hole if the blocks can be easily put in and out after removing the lid? As a sorter, this item is completely useless.
Loves to build towers and knock them down
This has been my 9.5 month old's favorite toy for about a month. Mommy and Daddy build towers and she crawls over to disassemble them--sometimes taking it apart block by block and other times knocking them over with vigor. Smiles everytime. A must have toy.
Cute and Functional Throwback
I remember playing with this same toy as a child and my son loves it. It's a good distraction to play with while I'm making meals and such as well as teaching shapes and spacial recognition. Plus, with the handle, it can be a fun pool/bath toy too!

Great Toy for learning skills
Our 9 month old understands the concept of the stacker however she rather just press the button for the music since she has figured out that is the fun part! We are not a fan of plastic noisy toys but we will let her keep this one :)
One of my four month old son's favorite toys!
My four month old loves this toy. It's one of the few toys that will calm him down when he is fussy. He enjoys listening to the music and looking at the changing lights. Definitely a good buy!
Great Toy
My daughter really enjoys this when she plays with it. Lately, she hasn't been as interested. But, when we first bought it she really enjoyed it. Hopefully she will come back to it again.
Hard to Stack
This toy is hard to stack sometimes. You have to push the stars to get them on. Also the lights and sounds don't play every time you put a star on. It is fun though and cute.
toy review
Loved the toy. Got it as a gift and am sure it will provide great entertainment to the toddler I bought it for.

Very nice set
We bought this for our youngest grandchild to go along with some other parts of this brand and she loves it. They seem to keep her attention nicely and are durable.
First Birthday Gift
I purchased this for my grandsons first birthday because his grandpa loves trains and we thought that he would enjoy playing with them while his grandpa runs his big boy trains. I just loved it when I got it....I wanted to take it out of the package and play with it for awhile!
Just Not That Much Fun
I would just skip this and get the Silly Town that goes with this because it has a lot more to hold a child's attention. This train just isn't the best toy. There are a lot of great trains out there that are more fun. This one doesn't even roll very well and the blocks fall off frequently.
Lots of fun
I bought this for my 11 month old grand-daughter. She had lots of fun playing with it and it didn't take her long to figure out how to hold on to it and make it go back and forth and make sounds. She seemed to really like it. She was only here for one week, so I really don't know how durable or educational this toy is.
Not as fun as Sillytown
We got this toy because my son thinks the Fisher Price Sillytown toy - which has the same blocks - is the best. He is 7 months old, and he plays with Sillytown for at least 20 minutes a day. I thought this toy would also catch his attention because it is similar. It doesn't. It is too hard for him to push, because he is just crawling himself! Maybe he will like it when he is able to walk. I think for this price, I would just spend a little extra and get the Sillytown toy.

Fascinating for Little Ones
My 6 month old grandson loves looking at and trying to grab onto this sweet fishbowl. His hands are a little too small yet to really grab on and hold on to these fish but he sure likes trying! I'm sure as he gets a little bigger this will present no problems to him and he does like the sound and the lights coming from this.
I only gave it 4 stars as I am not sure how long an older baby might be interested in this except for the concept of dropping things in and taking them out. I just bought it because I thought it was very sweet, which it is and I love the little fish. I also think it's a little pricey for basically, not doing much but look cute!

Loves it!
I bought this toy for my daughter when she turned 7 months and a month later she is still playing with it. She loves taking the fish out and putting them back in the bowl. The music and the lights are cool. Very sturdy toy. Would recommend.
Ocean Wonders - Fisher-Price
This toy is indeed a Wonder. It was NEVER received from the seller. I cannot say what the problem was/is, but it made one little girl very, very unhappy on her birthday just one week before her major surgery. It did come highly recommended by her physical therapist though.
We are very disapointed with the service on this atemped purchase.

Great Baby Toy
My baby loves this toy. She loves the rattling fish and the bowl's music and lights. It is great for teaching cause and effect. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because the sticker on the front started coming off the first day I had it, so I pealed it off the rest of the way. If you scrub hard with a baby wipe, but it must be a brand with lots of moisture, the residue from stickers comes off. The toy looks fine with the sticker gone, and I am still incredibly happy with this toy. I actually like it better without the sticker believe it or not. Fish bowls are supposed to be clear, and now this one is. You can more easily see the fish inside it now and the lights.
Great for babies as soon as they can sit up
My baby boy LOVES this toy. The fish are the perfect size that he can pick them up and throw them and chase after them and put them in and out of the fishbowl. It's a great beginner toy for babies as they start to figure out the world. It's great for the time period in their lives where they like to put things in something and then take them out and then put them in and then take them out, over and over again. The sounds and lights aren't too obnoxious for parents to tolerate and I love playing with this with my son. It was a gift from Grandma and neither of us knew just how much he would come to love it.

Excellent
Excellent... arrived in good condition... we found no tubs in stores in pink.. we had to buy via amazon... excellent
Cute little tub
I wanted this tub because it was so pretty and I had seen it in different colors in other stores but could only find it on amazon in this color. It was even cuter in person and the sling helped us to be comfortable bathing our first baby, a 5lb preemie daughter. My only advice is to make sure you rinse out the sling and hang it up to dry. We forgot to do that to ours and we noticed the smell days later and couldn't get it out. Completely our fault but I thought I would pass on the warning. Great product, bought the same one for my parents' house for when we visit.
First Time mom loves tub
I had my first baby in June and had seen this tub online at [...]. I decided to order off Amazon.com since I have always had a good experience with the site. The tub arrived promptly and its wonderful! Great for little princesses, very durable and I love the hook that is attached so you can hang it up on your shower curtain rail. Makes it much easier to store the tub. The accessories are cute and the tub also has a stopper that you can plug and unplug to fill the tub and then to drain the water. Lastly at the bottom there is also a little thermometer to tell if the water temp is okay for the baby. Great product and I would recommend it to anyone.
A tub for our baby girl!
This is a really cute tub. It's made well with accessories from newborn use to toddler. I love the sparkles when when add water and give our daughter a bubble bath.
Daddy can give baths too!
This tub looks great & I imagine that it works fine - we had a very similar tub in a different color/style & we loved it! I just had to comment though on the product description - it really bugs me that they assume only mom's give baths! Dads can give baths too! Bathtime can be great bonding time for dad & baby :-)

Pucci Pups, stuffed dogs in play pet carriers, come with eat one's heart out leashes that could strangle a child, the report said. The box lacks an explicit strangulation warning, and manufacturer Battat recommends it for children ages 2 and up. Similarly, a Disney Toy Piece Buddy Pack contains small pieces on which kids can easily choke, the consumer group said.
