Adoreable!
This is a really cute, sweet baby book. Only downside is that the pages are not big enough to place a full-sized sheet of paper (we wanted to put some pages from the doctor in our book, but had to fold them and place them in envelopes instead).

Beautiful and Everything you want!
I love that this comes with a box to store special things and little envelopes with labels to seal them and write about whats inside. Each page is beautiful and makes sure to prompt you to remember and take pictures of everything from the first minute through the first year. LOVE it.

The best baby book out there!
Most baby books I've seen are pink and lame. This book is beautiful and modern in a retro 70's way. I love how they just want the basics written and its more space for photos. The best part is the book box and little storage drawer.

Halfway there. 50% achievement on both the scrapbooking/picture pages and milestone pages.
I read all the reviews for this baby book and was somewhat hopeful it wouldn't be the typical cutesy over done baby books you see out there. I wanted something I could place pictures in as well as record milestones and events. Unfortunately I felt this baby book gave half an effort on both sides. There are plenty of pages to put your pictures in as every left page is blank for this purpose. I'm a diehard scrapbooker and this was a little much for me considering what "themed" pages were on the right hand side. The topic pages were just lacking. Sure there was info about mom, dad, a family tree page, first Christmas etc. and included pages for 1-6 birthdays, which I thought was a little excessive seeing as it was a "baby book," but when it came down to other information you may want to record it was severely lacking. I wish I had written down the pages before I sent it back to give you more an idea of what they left out but I can say I did not send it back because it didn't have cutesy pictures or because I thought the blank picture pages were just too much. I was more than willing to work with those pages adding color and pictures at my own discretion. I returned the book because when it's your baby you want to make a note of every little thing and their weren't enough "topic" pages with enough variety for me to accomplish this.

Love it!!
Love love this. The only negative is the caption at the bottom of the page that tells you what pictures to put on the opposite page. I ordered thinking the caption could be covered with pictures, but I was wrong and it is a little irritating. Otherwise this is a great baby book. It is very good quality and holds very well.

Nice Modern-looking Baby Book
This baby book would appeal to those with a more modern or minimalist taste. It does not contain cutesy pictures, rather allows you to place your own cute baby pictures in it. All the pages are a solid cream color. The left page is for the pictures, which are self-applied with the provided photo corners. Therefore, you can put virtually any size pictures. The page on the right cover a different topic. Some of these include one for mom, where you can put your name birthdate, places you've lived, schools you attended, hobbbies. There is one for daddy. There is a page for how mommy and daddy met. One page is about how you found out you were pregnant. There is a place to write when or if you found out the gender of the baby, and how you felt. There is one for the baby shower. There's a page for the baby's family tree up to his/her great grandparents. One page is for the day baby is born. There is a page for baby's firsts. There are spots for birthdays for the first few years. I'm not sure what it would take for me to give it all five stars, but it just didn't make me flip with excitement. Overall I'm completely satisfied with the book and it suits my needs.

Great for the first 5 years
I got this same baby book when I had my daughter 3 years ago, and purchased it again now with the upcoming birth of our 2nd child. There's a place for monthly entries and photos for the first year (when they change so much), as well as info on the day of their birth, various milestones your child reaches and when they do, family tree, family vacations, etc. Well put together and "sturdy"

This baby book is the best one i have found by far! all the others i have found say they are a 5 year one and aren't even close i love hose this one has pockets to put things both of my kids Ages 4 & 1 have these baby books and i just recently bought one for my sister and she loves it too!

Based on my wifes responses this is alright
My wife likes it, she uses it. It holds pictures and whatnot. We have an older book from my first boy that she likes better but wasn't able to find again. I don't know what the differences are...I think she just doesn't like change but don't tell her I said that, thanks.

Everything You Want In A Baby Book
I also looked around for a long time for a good baby memory book for my daughter who is expecting her first baby in July. This book is wonderful and I cannot wait to give it to her at her shower this weekend. The cover is so sweet and the book looks very durable. It has pages for anything you can think of and some you would have never thought of. There is also a matching photo album and Grandma's Brag Book which I plan to buy later. The pages are thick and give you plenty of space to write your thoughts on. There is a page for hand and footprints. Also plenty of pages for 'firsts'. First smile, first outing with parents, etc. I saw some books that were over one hundred dollars that I didn't like as well as this one. The price is extremely reasonable. Now I cannot wait for the little one to arrive so my daughter can start filling out the pages of this beautiful book. For all of you that are expecting,may God bless you and your little one.

Loves It!
I love this book!
First of all, it's really cute. The cover is adorable, and the pages of the book are really cute too!
The book has a lot of innovative ideas, like spaces to paste newspaper clippings from her birth, and questions about the price of milk, bread, gas, etc. when she was born.
There's a few pages to fill out while you're pregnant, which I liked, and then pages for once the baby is born, and all her first milestones.
I was really impressed with this book and would recommend it to anyone who's having a baby girl!

This is the best book I could find out there, and I looked around quite a bit. It is very detailed, so if you're not into recording lots of baby details, this may not be the book for you. I love that there's a spot for mom and dad to write a special note to baby. I'm trying to keep up with it! Good purchase.

Disappointing
I bought this because of all the great reviews, but was disappointed. As another reviewer states, the questions are the same for each month. Answering how my baby's "sleep habits" are for 12 months just doesn't seem that interesting to me.
The book also only covers a year, which I didn't realize. Because I also got a calendar, the book is redundant.
The box on the back is a neat idea, but not enough to make the book worth it. I would rather purchase a separate box and keep the book, along with any keepsakes, inside.

This is well worth the money
I'm so glad I bought this when my daughter was born. It motivated me to fill it up and store small but important stuff. I know have pictures of her monthly and various other information that has held up for over 3 years thus far. It shows you more in hindsight how much the little one changes monthly in the first year.
